This is a small town at the edge of the desert with that amazing sights and because of that, a very busy airport. But wait....there is more. There are the Chauchilla graves, definitely worth seeing, the largest sand dune in the world, a treasure of a small Inca museum, and a 2000 year old canal system. The town itself is a mining and agricultural town with tourism an important economic factor. |
